With graduation season underway, companies are intensifying their talent acquisition efforts. Amid semiconductor and tech giants offering high salaries, German-backed foodpanda is positioning itself as an 'integrated cross-domain tech platform,' targeting both fresh graduates and high-level professionals. The company has announced 100 new job openings, with performance-driven roles offering annual salaries of up to NT$3 million.
foodpanda announced today via press release that it is currently hiring across various fields, including business development, operations, marketing, strategy, and data analytics. For performance-based positions, the annual salary can reach up to NT$3 million, reflecting the strong growth prospects of emerging digital platform industries.
Since 2021, foodpanda has participated in campus recruitment fairs and this year marks its first expansion into central and southern Taiwan universities. Additionally, its internship program has become a key talent pipeline. For the 2025 summer internship, over 1,000 applications were received, with seven students ultimately selected.
This year, foodpanda is collaborating with National Tsing Hua University and the Taipei Youth Career Development Center, deepening industry-academia partnerships through corporate visits and lecture programs.
The company has positioned this year’s graduation season recruitment around the theme of 'becoming a restaurant consultant,' emphasizing that employees are not just platform operators but strategic partners who use data and business insights to help restaurant partners grow. The talent demand in the food delivery industry has evolved from single-domain roles to hybrid capabilities combining technology, data, and business strategy.
