18 Chiayi Premium Fresh Producers to Showcase at 2026 Taipei International Food Show

Eighteen producers certified under Chiayi County Government's self-established brand 'Chiayi Premium Fresh' will participate in the 2026 Taipei International Food Show. The county government announced that the Chiayi County Theme Pavilion will be located at Booth S0124, 4th Floor, Hall 2 of the Nangang Exhibition Center, under the exhibition theme 'Taste Taiwan Best,' welcoming visitors and buyers.

Today, the Chiayi County Government held a pre-exhibition press conference for the 'Chiayi County Theme Pavilion at the 2026 Taipei International Food Show.' County Magistrate Weng Chang-liang led 18 participating companies in a誓師 (pledge ceremony), declaring that the 'Chiayi Premium Fresh' brand will once again take center stage at an international food exhibition.

According to a press release from the Department of Agriculture, this year's Chiayi Pavilion will feature products spanning agricultural processing, tea, coffee, snacks, specialty souvenirs, and agricultural and fisheries products. These items are known for their consistent quality and strong market reputation, with several innovative new products on display, such as the Alishan Oolong Tea Aromatic Mini Meat Buns.

Magistrate Weng stated that 'Chiayi Premium Fresh' has already gathered over 200 producers and more than 800 products, serving as a key brand backed and guaranteed by the Chiayi County Government. It is a unified brand that consolidates the strength of small-scale farmers and is worthy of selection by domestic and international buyers, distributors, and consumers.

Weng cited Alishan high-mountain tea as an example, which has built a strong reputation and international acclaim over 50 years of development. He expressed hope that 'Chiayi Premium Fresh' products will achieve similar consumer recognition and generate outstanding market results.

The 2026 Taipei International Food Show will be grandly held from June 24 to 27 at the Nangang Exhibition Center. The Chiayi County Theme Pavilion will be located at Booth S0124, 4th Floor, Hall 2 of the venue. (Editor: Li Heng-shan) 1150617
