June Electronics Futures Down, Financial Futures Up

(Taipei, June 16) The Taipei stock market rose 412.2 points today, closing at 45,809.19. June electronics futures closed at 2,946.25, down 0.05 points, with a backwardation of 12.21 points; June financial futures closed at 3,132, up 59.2 points, with a backwardation of 6.34 points.

June electronics futures settled at 2,946.25, down 0.05 points, with 176 contracts traded. July electronics futures settled at 2,973.25, up 0.2 points, with 71 contracts traded.

Electronics spot closed at 2,958.46, up 27.64 points; compared to June electronics futures, the backwardation was 12.21 points.

June financial futures settled at 3,132, up 59.2 points, with 522 contracts traded. July financial futures settled at 3,094.8, up 37.8 points, with 70 contracts traded.
