According to the "Shenzhen Education" WeChat public account and "Shenzhen Weather" Weibo, this morning some areas in Shenzhen City, such as Guangming District and Longhua District, have recorded heavy rainfall. At around noon, the Shenzhen City district heavy rain red warning, district heavy rain orange warning, district heavy rain yellow warning, Shenzhen City thunder warning, and Shenzhen City geological disaster meteorological risk warning are in effect.
Shenzhen City has entered a state of emergency due to heavy rain, with authorities reminding citizens to quickly take defensive measures and stay away from dangerous areas such as low-lying and flood-prone areas. Some areas have a high risk of mountain torrents, and attention should be paid to the occurrence of disasters such as internal flooding, mountain torrents, landslides, debris flows, and ground collapse.
According to the relevant guidelines of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, today in the afternoon (excluding the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone), all primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, and training institutions in the city will suspend classes.
