A fire broke out this afternoon at a factory located on Section 1, Wanshou Road, Guishan District, Taoyuan City. The blaze burned fiercely, with thick black smoke rising high into the sky. Firefighters arrived on the scene and spent approximately two hours bringing the fire under control by 6:00 PM. Rescue operations are still ongoing. No injuries or fatalities have been reported so far, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
According to the Taoyuan City Fire Department, they received an emergency call at 4:10 PM reporting a fire at a metal-roofed factory on Section 1, Wanshou Road, Guishan District. There were no hazardous materials on site, and no personnel were trapped. The fire was brought under control by 6:00 PM, but firefighting efforts continue.
