The New Taipei City Water Resources Bureau announced that due to construction by the Taiwan Water Corporation, Lingkou District in its entirety, along with parts of Taishan and Wugu, will experience water outages from 8:00 AM on June 29, lasting between 16 and 21 hours. An estimated 65,393 households will be affected, and residents are urged to store water in advance.

According to the bureau's press release, the Second Administration Office of the Taiwan Water Corporation will carry out the 'Da'nan Water Treatment Plant High and Low Voltage Electrical Equipment Inspection and Other Integrated Project,' resulting in water shutdowns. Lingkou District will be without water from 8:00 AM to midnight on June 29, totaling 16 hours.

In Taishan District, Dakee Village (Dakee Road, Dakee 1st Road, Qiancuokeng, Ziqiang Road), Tongrong Village (Liming Road, Litouke), and Liming Village (Liming Road, Tailin 3rd Road, Dakee 1st Road) will face 18 hours of water outage starting at 8:00 AM on June 29. In Wugu District, Fude Village (Denglin Road No. 83 to 91-10 and No. 112 to 114-6), odd-numbered addresses on Denglin Road (No. 93 to 107), even-numbered addresses (No. 116 to 134-3), and Deyin Village (Wailiao Road) will also experience 18 hours of water outage. Additionally, Dakee Village (Nanlin Road) in Taishan District will face a 21-hour water outage.

The total number of affected households is estimated at 65,393, including 2,527 directly supplied households. Thirteen temporary water supply stations will be set up, and mobile water trucks will be on standby. Residents in need can collect water at these stations or contact the Taiwan Water Corporation for water delivery assistance during the outage period.
