(CNA, Tehran, 16th - International News) Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said today that new talks between the U.S. and Iran on a final agreement concerning Iran's nuclear program may begin on the 19th. In the recently announced U.S.-Iran peace agreement, ending the war in Lebanon is described as the 'most important issue'.

According to AFP, Araghchi stated during a briefing for foreign diplomats broadcast on state television: 'New rounds of U.S.-Iran negotiations aimed at reaching a final agreement may begin on Friday (19th)... The location has not yet been determined.'

Araghchi added: 'I would like to emphasize an important point: in our view, this memorandum involves two sides—one comprising the United States and Israel, and the other Iran and Hezbollah.'

He also said: 'Perhaps the most important issue in this memorandum is the announcement of the immediate and permanent cessation of hostilities across all fronts, including Lebanon.' (Translation: Chen Cheng-chien) 1150616
