Fundrich Surpasses 360,000 Customers by End of May; TISA Account Registrations Exceed 100,000

(CNA reporter Pan Chih-i, Taipei, June 15) Fundrich Securities held its annual shareholders' meeting today and released its operational updates. As of the end of May, the company's total customer count has surpassed 360,000. The cumulative number of accounts opened under the Taiwan Individual Savings Account (TISA), launched in response to Financial Supervisory Commission policies, has exceeded 100,000 and continues to grow. Meanwhile, fund assets on the platform have reached NT$280 billion, setting a new milestone and reflecting the arrival of a nationwide era of personal finance.

Lin Bing-huei, Chairman of Fundrich Securities, stated that investment and wealth management should be a fundamental right for everyone. To this end, Fundrich has addressed financial barriers from three key aspects: transaction fees, investment selection, and investment methodology. On transaction costs, Fundrich offers zero commission fees for all fund trades. The platform also features discounted management fee funds under the TISA and 'Hao Hao Retirement' programs, reducing the long-term burden of financial planning.

Fundrich emphasized that both the TISA and 'Hao Hao Retirement' project funds are high-quality funds selected and vetted by academic experts, balancing long-term performance stability with risk volatility. Investors can choose between equity, balanced, or bond funds based on their personal risk tolerance—aggressive, conservative, or moderate—thereby reducing the 'choice paralysis' often associated with fund selection.

At today's shareholders' meeting, the 2025 financial report and profit distribution plan were approved, with a dividend of NT$2.54 per share, comprising NT$1.00 in cash and NT$1.54 in stock dividends. Lin stated that this year marks the 10th anniversary of the platform's operations. Going forward, Fundrich will continue to uphold its mission of inclusive finance, deepen asset management partnerships, and build a comprehensive financial service ecosystem to help more individuals achieve wealth growth through mutual funds.
