The CTS statement mentioned that General Manager Liu Chang-De stated in the Board of Directors meeting on the 11th (CTS 24th term, 38th meeting) that during the one-year period of his extended term as a director of the Public Television Foundation, the mother company, he had extended his borrowing period twice and will reach the end of his term on July 31.
