Today, there is a probability of localized heavy or torrential rain in the mountainous areas of Kaohsiung City and Pingtung County. There is also a chance of localized heavy rain occurring south of Miaoli, in the Taitung area, and in the mountainous areas of Hualien. Please be aware of lightning strikes and strong gusts. In low-lying areas, please take precautions against flooding. Due to continuous rainfall, please remain vigilant for landslides, rockfalls, and debris flows in mountainous regions.
