The Yilan Branch of the Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency, Ministry of Agriculture, stated today that a rockfall on the upper slope occurred at the 10.5-kilometer mark of the Yizhuanyi Line at 2 PM, affecting traffic. After deploying personnel and machinery for repairs, single-lane traffic was restored at 3 PM, with two-way traffic control in effect.
