Youth detained after causing disturbance with toy gun at Changhua's Dacun Grape Festival

A drunk youth, carrying a toy gun, tried to enter the venue, shouting that he wanted to see artist Wang Shih-hsien, but was stopped by staff. The entire case has been sent to the Changhua District Court under the Social Order Maintenance Act.

The Dacun Township Office held the festival in front of the TRA Dacun Station yesterday. In addition to an agricultural and creative market and a display of specialty grape varieties, a grape-themed costume run was also planned. The Changhua County Police Bureau's Yuenlin Branch stated today that at around 8 p.m. last night, a man caused a drunken disturbance in front of the Dacun Station. Officers arrived to find a man with a toy gun trying to enter the concert venue. He was discovered and advised to stop by staff, which led to a scuffle.
