Due to the development of convective cloud systems, short-duration heavy rainfall is likely. Localized heavy rain is expected in northern, southern, and Yilan areas, as well as mountainous regions in central Taiwan and Hualien. Residents are advised to be cautious of lightning and strong gusts. In mountainous areas, beware of landslides, falling rocks, and rising river levels. Low-lying areas should guard against flooding.
