Police were pursuing a suspect when their vehicle was rammed as the suspect attempted to flee. During the encirclement, officers fired 16 warning shots, but the suspect still managed to ram his way out and escape. After a pursuit, the suspect's vehicle was finally stopped and the suspect was arrested at the intersection of Jincheng Road and Heping Road. He has been taken to the police station for questioning.
