(Central News Agency, Hsinchu, June 5) Filtration equipment manufacturer Brighton-Best International today completed a full board election at its annual general meeting. The board unanimously elected Ho I-Chen as the new Chairman, while founder Ho Chao-Chuan transitioned to the role of Group Advisor, marking the completion of a generational succession. Ho I-Chen stated that Brighton-Best International will continue to focus on the industrial liquid filtration field.
Brighton-Best International held its annual general meeting today, completing a full board election. The four newly elected directors are Ho I-Chen, Ho I-Chin, Sun Jui-Lung (representative of Zhao Mei Investment), and Chien Wei-Lun (representative of Zhao Mei Investment). The three newly elected independent directors are Kao Chih-Chien, Weng Tsu-Li, and Chen Yung-Jui.
The board of Brighton-Best International unanimously elected Ho I-Chen as Chairman, and Ho Chao-Chuan transitioned to the role of Group Advisor. In a press release, Ho I-Chen stated that the company will continue to focus on industrial liquid filtration, developing advanced filtration materials and key technologies on one hand, while strengthening its multi-region production capacity layout on the other.
Brighton-Best International stated that it will aggressively target application markets such as advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes, AI server liquid cooling, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and water resource recycling.
