The Seventh Highway Police Brigade's Dispatch Center of the National Highway Police Bureau received a report from the Eighth Brigade at 11:46 p.m. on June 2, stating that a passenger car was driving north against traffic at the 250km southbound mark of National Highway No. 3. Patrol cars were immediately dispatched and stopped the vehicle at the 235km southbound mark at 11:52 p.m. the same day. Fortunately, no accidents or injuries occurred.
