(Central News Agency reporter Chen Zhizhong, Taipei, 3rd) The Ministry of Education has invited top-winning ensembles from the National Student Music Competition to perform at national-level venues. This year, in addition to the Weiwuying National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts, performances have also been arranged at the National Concert Hall, allowing the public to share in the learning achievements of young students.

The Ministry of Education issued a press release today stating that the "National Student Music Competition Top Ensemble Joint Concert" has entered its 5th year. This event provides an exhibition stage for outstanding students and, through seminars and exchange activities, aims to cultivate a new generation of musical talent.

This year's concerts will begin with a performance at the National Concert Hall (Taipei City) on the 2nd of this month, followed by performances at Weiwuying (Kaohsiung City) on the 29th and 30th. The three concerts will feature 18 top student ensembles from 10 counties and cities, with programs covering diverse styles including Chinese traditional music, wind bands, string ensembles, percussion, and orchestras.

Liao Yiling, the instructor of the Xinzhuang Elementary School String Orchestra in New Taipei City, expressed, "The National Concert Hall is an important stage for many children studying music. We are grateful for this opportunity, which allows the children's hard work to be seen. This honor not only affirms their performance skills but also witnesses their transformation."

Pei Chengyuan, a student from Xinzhuang Elementary School, shared, "I was inevitably nervous before going on stage, but once the music started, it turned into immersion and emotion. I am truly excited to showcase the results of my hard practice at the National Concert Hall, and I especially cherish this rare opportunity."

In addition to the performances, the Ministry of Education has planned 8 sessions of "Music Team Management and Operation Seminars," inviting domestic and international experts and scholars to share insights on professional orchestra training, instrumental technique improvement, and team management strategies, thereby enhancing the professional capacity of music education.
