First 'HUALUXE' Hotel in Taiwan to Open in Taipei by End of 2026

IHG Hotels & Resorts' high-end brand, 'HUALUXE Hotels and Resorts,' is coming to Taiwan. Fullon Hotels announced today that it is partnering with IHG to build the first HUALUXE hotel in Taiwan, the 'Fullon HUALUXE Taipei,' which is expected to officially debut by the end of 2026. Fullon Hotels stated that this partnership not only marks a significant milestone in deepening its international brand layout but also represents the first formal entry of the HUALUXE brand, which blends Chinese cultural heritage, new oriental aesthetics, and humanistic spirit, into the Taiwan market. Fullon Hotels General Manager Yang Cheng-hung said he hopes to combine international resources and a global vision with Taiwan's hospitality and local cultural heritage to create a more profound and culturally aesthetic lodging experience. Daniel Aylmer, CEO of IHG Greater China, stated that the signing of the Fullon HUALUXE Taipei is an important milestone in the deepening cooperation between IHG and Fullon, as well as a key step in expanding the HUALUXE brand's global footprint. Aylmer pointed out that Taipei, with its mature business demand, international connectivity, and deep cultural heritage, is an ideal starting point for the HUALUXE brand to enter the Taiwan market. Fullon Hotels noted that the 'Fullon HUALUXE Taipei' will introduce brand-specific features, including 'Gathering,' a space centered on Taiwan's tea culture, and 'Noodle House,' which delivers warm emotions through a bowl of hot noodles.
