■ Background of the Seminar
Why are companies strong when recruitment content and management are connected?
"Desired talent doesn't gather," "They quit within half a year of being hired," "Evaluation standards are inconsistent between the field and HR." The cause of these problems is the "division of recruitment and management," where the "way of communicating" during recruitment and the "way of working" after joining the company are separated.
Many companies only convey their "attractions" and "ideals" during recruitment, without clearly articulating what kind of talent they are looking for, and fail to properly communicate the realities such as "specific roles" and "strict evaluation standards" that new hires will face. As a result, a gap (discrepancy in expectations) arises after joining, and even excellent talent feels confused, thinking, "This is different from what I was told." Furthermore, vague internal rules and emotionally driven management significantly reduce organizational productivity, leading to an endless cycle of turnover. To fundamentally resolve these "structural recruitment issues" and disclose concrete methods for achieving true organizational growth, we have decided to hold this special co-sponsored webinar.
