Comic REBEL and Koipare Editorial Department Present a Brand New Manga Award: "Isekai Manga Artist Audition" The "Isekai Manga Artist Audition" is a new type of manga award that seeks manga artists who can work together with the shonen/Isekai label "Comic REBEL" and the female-oriented label "Koipare Editorial Department" to create "Isekai manga." No submitted works are required. Unlike traditional manga awards that judge "works" only, this award evaluates the "manga artist" themselves. The aim is to discover new talent, and both professional and amateur artists are welcome to apply.

We particularly welcome applications from those who: ・Want to start serialization immediately ・Want to challenge themselves to create Isekai manga, even in an unfamiliar genre ・Want to draw Isekai manga, either as a comic adaptation or an original work ・Aim for a commercial debut

Three Features Provided by the "Isekai Manga Artist Audition" To provide an environment where all manga artists can easily challenge themselves to create Isekai manga, this audition offers three unique features not found in conventional manga awards.

1. Provision of an environment where artists can concentrate on creation with guaranteed serialization and a contract fee Winners will be granted "guaranteed serialization" and a "contract fee (serialization preparation fund) of 300,000 yen." With serialization guaranteed, artists can focus on creation with a view to serialization, and also work with peace of mind during the preparation period.

2. Selection method that evaluates the "manga artist" themselves, without requiring submitted works In this audition, the "manga artist" themselves is the subject of evaluation, not their "works." Applications are completed simply by submitting content that demonstrates your abilities and answers to questions about creation via the application form. This is a low-burden system that allows you to apply whenever you feel ready.

3. Participation possible in diverse creation styles according to preferences Through the "questions about creation" answered during application, we will inquire about your desired creation style. You can engage in Isekai manga creation in a way that suits you, such as comic adaptation, original work, drawing artist, or storyboard artist.

Application Guidelines ・Eligibility Age and experience are not questioned. Anyone can apply if they have something that demonstrates their abilities, such as "works with publication/serialization history," "works already published on the web," "original unpublished works," "self-published works," or "works currently (or planned to be) submitted to other awards."

First Screening Period: May 11, 2026 (Monday) to May 22, 2026 (Friday) Second Screening Period: May 25, 2026 (Monday) to June 12, 2026 (Friday) After the application period ends, the Comic REBEL Editorial Department and Koipare Editorial Department will conduct a rigorous screening. Those who pass the first and second screenings will be contacted by email from the Audition Secretariat (audition@cllenn.com). For the second screening, it will be necessary to speak directly either online or by phone. *The screening period may vary depending on the number of applications.
