Classmethod Wins TREND MICRO Partner Award for the Third Consecutive Year

Classmethod, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Satoshi Yokota; hereinafter "Classmethod") announced that it received the TREND MICRO Partner Award 2026 "Cloud Marketplace Security Award" at "TrendAITM Spark 2026," held by Trend Micro Incorporated (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Eva Chen; hereinafter "Trend Micro"), a developer and provider of cybersecurity products and solutions, on July 3, 2026 (Fri). Additionally, Kyohei Shima and Takeshi Yoshida received the "TREND MICRO Partner Engineer Award 2026."

This marks the third consecutive year that two engineers have received an award concurrently with the Partner Award. The fact that both engineers received the top award in their respective categories is a testament to Classmethod's highly recognized technical expertise and information dissemination capabilities regarding Trend Micro products.

About the TREND MICRO Partner Award 2026

The TREND MICRO Partner Award 2026 is presented to partner companies that have achieved significant contributions, achievements, and results in expanding the business of Trend Micro's products and solutions during the period from April 2025 to March 2026.

The "Cloud Marketplace Security Award," newly established last year, was awarded in recognition of providing Trend Micro products that protect customers' cloud environments to the largest number of customers in Japan through the AWS Marketplace (※). (As of the end of May 2026).

About the TREND MICRO Partner Engineer Award 2026

Similar to the Partner Award, the TREND MICRO Partner Engineer Award 2026 is presented to individual engineers from partner companies who have made significant technical contributions to expanding the business of Trend Micro's products and solutions and have achieved customer success during the period from April 2025 to March 2026.

The "Product Innovation Award" is presented to engineers who have contributed to improving the quality and value of Trend Micro products through product verification, technical feedback, and improvement requests. Mr. Shima from the Cloud Business Division was highly recognized for his contributions to improving the quality and value of Trend Micro products by consistently verifying them, providing feedback on usage and usability from a partner's perspective to the development team, and submitting detailed requests for product improvements. This is his third consecutive Engineer Award, and this year he received the top award in the newly established Product Innovation Award category.

The "Influence Award" is presented to engineers who have had a significant impact on the industry and partner companies through community activities, technical dissemination, event presentations, and internal and external awareness campaigns. Mr. Yoshida from the Cloud Business Division was also highly recognized for his outstanding information dissemination capabilities in proposing optimal Trend Micro products for individual customers' cloud environments and for his output regarding the integration of Trend Micro products with other AWS services. He received the top award in the Influence Award category.

Classmethod will continue to actively address further security challenges in customers' cloud environments in collaboration with Trend Micro.
