The theme for the anime "Kaiju No. 8" is "Bōshu" (Grain in Ear), the early summer solar term when the greenery deepens, moistened by the start of the rainy season. Against the backdrop of "Bōshu," the four characters Kaiju No. 8, Leno Ichikawa, Soshiro Hoshina, and Gen Narumi have been newly drawn as original art by Mr. Machiko Morimachi (https://x.com/mrmr_m27).
