Expansion of Personnel Exchange with JAL Sky Osaka: Launch of Mutual Staff Dispatch
Toyonaka City and JAL Sky Osaka will begin a mutual personnel exchange program starting April 2026.
Starting April 1, 2026, Toyonaka City will dispatch staff to JAL Sky Osaka Co., Ltd., a JAL Group company primarily responsible for airport passenger services at Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport).
Since April 2021, the city has been hosting employees from JAL Sky Osaka as part of a personnel exchange program. This initiative will now be expanded into a mutual exchange, involving both the dispatch and acceptance of personnel. Toyonaka City will dispatch one staff member and host one employee from JAL Sky Osaka.
Through this mutual exchange, the city aims to foster professional development for both parties, while enhancing services and creating added value for both the municipal government and the company.
