Toyonaka City and JAL Sky Osaka Expand Personnel Exchange, Begin Mutual Staff Dispatch

Toyonaka City will dispatch a staff member to JAL Sky Osaka Co., Ltd., which is primarily responsible for airport passenger services at Osaka International Airport within the JAL Group, starting from April 1, Reiwa 8 (2026). Since April Reiwa 3 (2021), Toyonaka City has been conducting personnel exchanges by accepting staff from JAL Sky Osaka. This initiative will now be expanded into a mutual exchange where both parties dispatch and accept staff. Toyonaka City will dispatch one staff member and accept one employee from JAL Sky Osaka. This mutual personnel exchange aims to foster human resource development for staff in both organizations, as well as improve services and create added value for both the city and the company.
