Strengthening the Policy Planning System for Agile and Cross-Departmental Project Development We will establish a system to swiftly advance important city projects by breaking down departmental barriers. Concurrently, we will promote administrative digitalization (DX) and strengthen strategic public relations activities to convey the city's appeal externally. <Key Changes> Establishment of "Policy Secretariat Division" and "Project Promotion Division" Renaming of Administrative Management Division to "DX Promotion Division" Change of Secretariat and Public Relations Division to "City Promotion Division"

2. Revitalizing Local Communities and Providing a Wide Range of Administrative Services By establishing a new "Citizen Life Department" and consolidating key administrative procedure divisions such as the "Citizen Affairs Division," "Health Insurance and Pension Division," and local hubs like "Community Exchange Centers" within the same department, we aim to smoothly provide a wide range of services as the frontline citizen window. Concurrently, the Citizen Collaboration Promotion Division will be renamed to "Community Affairs Division" to further revitalize local communities. <Key Changes> Establishment of "Citizen Life Department" Renaming of Citizen Collaboration Promotion Division to "Community Affairs Division" Placement of "Community Exchange Centers," "Health Insurance and Pension Division," and "Citizen Affairs Division"

3. Promoting Child-Rearing Policies and Strengthening Health Promotion Systems To effectively respond to the increase in child-rearing generations, we will establish a new "Health and Children's Department" to comprehensively support children and families. Furthermore, a "Children and Family Support Center" will be established to provide integrated consultation services for pregnancy, childbirth, and child-rearing. By transferring the "Sports Promotion Division" and linking it with the Health Promotion Division, we will comprehensively support the health promotion of all citizens. <Key Changes> Establishment of "Health and Children's Department" Establishment of "Children and Family Support Center" Transfer of "Sports Promotion Division" from the Education Department

Strengthening a Cross-Departmental Multi-Layered Support System To effectively address the complex and multifaceted concerns (support needs) of citizens, a "Life Consultation Team" will be newly established within the Regional Welfare Division, and a "Life Support Division" specializing in public assistance operations will be placed.
