Sapporo City Starts Accepting Applications for "Experiential Furusato Nozei Return Gifts" Commemorating Sapporo Beer's 150th Anniversary!

Sapporo City, in a joint project with Sapporo Breweries Ltd., has begun accepting applications for special experiential Furusato Nozei (hometown tax donation) return gifts: the "Sapporo Kaitakushi Beer 1-Tank Beer" and the "Sapporo Beer Premium Tour." It has been 150 years since the "Kaitakushi Brewery" was established in Sapporo in 1876. Sapporo Beer has walked alongside the city of Sapporo, adding color to the lives of its citizens. These return gifts were planned as an opportunity, building on this significant milestone and our past journey, to share the beer culture that will continue for the next 100 years with people across the country. 1. "1-Tank Development and Manufacturing Experience" to Create Your Own Custom Beer with a Brewing Master This is an experiential return gift where you can develop and manufacture your very own original beer for one tank (approximately 1,600L).
