Part 1. The "Current State" of Sapporo's UI/Turn Migration: Presented by Regions Regions, with its extensive track record in supporting job changes to Hokkaido, will provide a detailed explanation of the latest trends for those in their 30s and 40s, realistic salary ranges, and the type of talent Sapporo companies are currently seeking.
Part 2. Sapporo Today and Tomorrow: Presented by Sapporo City We will discuss the accelerating support for IT and startups, the industrial structure, and the changes in Sapporo as a city.
Part 3. Talk Session & Panel Discussion We will welcome Mr. Oda from Deloitte Tohmatsu, who actually relocated from Tokyo to Sapporo, as a guest to hear his honest experiences, including "the reality of job hunting," "changes in salary and position," and "what he gained in Sapporo."

Guest: Takeshi Oda Local Representative of Deloitte Tohmatsu Group's "Sapporo Social Innovation HUB." Originally from Sapporo, he joined Deloitte Tohmatsu after working in general consulting. As the head of the Sapporo base, which opened in the winter of 2025, he is active in a wide range of fields, including M&A for private companies and policy recommendations to government bodies.
