Saga City Introduces 'Diaper Subscription' at Public Childcare Facilities

Saga City is introducing a 'diaper subscription' service at four public childcare facilities, marking the first such initiative in the prefecture's ten cities. This service has been undergoing a free trial since March 2026 and will commence full-scale operation in May 2026.
