New Darts Zone Launches in Totsuka: 'DiCE Totsuka' to Reopen on June 23, 2026, After Partial Net Café Renovation

Disk City Entertainment Co., Ltd. The renovation includes converting part of the net café area into a new darts zone equipped with six full-sized darts machines.

A Long-Awaited 'Full-Service Darts Area' is Born!

Totsuka Station is surrounded by numerous universities and schools, making it a vibrant 'student town,' while also serving as a convenient hub for many business professionals. However, there has been a notable lack of accessible venues where people can casually enjoy darts.

To meet the needs of students who want to 'play darts with friends after school' or 'seriously practice their hobby,' as well as the expectations of business professionals who wish to 'unwind with colleagues after work' or 'drop by casually on their way home for refreshment,' we have boldly renovated part of the net café area. With six state-of-the-art DARTSLIVE3 machines installed, the venue transforms into a rare and valuable entertainment spot near the station.

The space accommodates a wide range of uses—from individual practice to group sessions with club members or coworkers. Leveraging its 24-hour operation, the venue will provide a new entertainment space for the Totsuka community at any time of day or night.

Net Café Amenities Also Available: Comics and Soft Serve Ice Cream

While using the darts area, guests can still enjoy the net café's full amenities, including a wide selection of comics, free drinks, and weekly rotating soft serve ice cream (all-you-can-eat). After playing darts, visitors can move to a net café booth to rest. The hybrid café offers a comfortable environment open 24 hours a day.
