Background and Purpose of Implementation
Okayama City has characteristics and strengths such as excellent broad regional connectivity, low disaster risk, a rich natural environment, and a large pool of talent due to the presence of many vocational schools in the digital content field. This tour will allow companies considering establishing a regional base to experience the city's appeal through interaction with local vocational school students and a reception at Okayama Castle.

Introduction to the city's appeal, location environment, and corporate attraction system by city officials
Office tour of companies that have advanced into Okayama City
Corporate networking event at the main keep of Okayama Castle
Interaction event between participating companies and local vocational school students

Target Companies
Digital content companies in metropolitan areas interested in or considering establishing a regional base (Digital content companies refer to companies that produce content utilizing digital technology such as anime, games, 3DCG, AR/VR, etc.)
Number of Participating Companies
10 companies (Free for up to 2 people per company; additional participants will be self-funded)
Participation Fee
Transportation and accommodation costs will be borne by Okayama City
*Transportation costs to Okayama City will be capped at the cost of travel between Tokyo and Okayama. Meal expenses will be self-funded.

Students Participating in the Exchange Event
Students from vocational schools in the city who have concluded a cooperation agreement with the city for corporate attraction and human resource development (approximately 100 students)
*This project is based on the cooperation agreement mentioned above. Students from schools other than the cooperating schools are not eligible to participate, so please be aware of this in advance.
