Yoshida, Takebe-cho, Kita-ku, Okayama City, is located in a rural area a little distance from the urban center of Okayama City.

The farmland in this Yoshida district is supported by local farmers, including "Yoshida Farm."

Yoshida Farm is a crucial farmer that protects the local farmland and supports "food" in this region.

However, agriculture in this Yoshida district is now at a major crossroads.

Aging population, shortage of successors, difficulty in agricultural succession —.

If things continue as they are, the local farmland cannot be protected and will become desolate.

That is why the farmers of the Yoshida district and Okayama City are now looking for colleagues to act as a "bridge" to convey the charm of the region and attract future leaders.
