Businesses must meet all of the following requirements:
① Be an SME with a business office in Nogata City
② Have no delinquent city taxes, etc.
③ Not be an organized crime group, its member, affiliated organization, or related person as defined in Article 2 of the Nogata City Ordinance for the Promotion of Exclusion of Organized Crime Groups (Nogata City Ordinance No. 20, 2008)
④ Be deemed by the mayor to otherwise meet the objectives of this program
Eligible Employees
Employees must meet all of the following requirements:
① Be employed as a regular employee with no fixed term of employment by the eligible business
② Be currently repaying or scheduled to repay a scholarship
③ Have their workplace located within the city
④ Not be an officer or in a position that shares interests with the business owner
⑤ If the eligible business is a sole proprietor (including corporations substantially recognized as the representative's personal business), not be a relative living with that sole proprietor. However, this excludes those whose actual work status and conditions are deemed equivalent to other non-relative employees.
⑥ Not be receiving duplicate scholarship repayment support from other organizations (including Nogata City)
