[Nogata City] Recruitment Begins for 'Monthly Health Seminar You'll Regret Missing'

Nogata City will launch the 'Nogata Citizen College Manabi no Mori' in fiscal year 2026 as a new initiative to systematically support citizen learning. As the first installment, we are holding the 'Monthly Health Seminar You'll Regret Missing.'

This is a continuous lecture series where experts in medicine, exercise, and nutrition provide monthly sessions, allowing participants to learn 'practical health knowledge' that is immediately useful in daily life.

- 'Regret Missing' Content Directly Linked to Real Life:
We have carefully selected themes that change the quality of life depending on whether you know them, such as how to read health checkup results, dietary habits, sleep, exercise, and stress management.
- Manageable Monthly Pace:
Ten lectures per year are held once a month. This system allows even the working generation and the elderly to continue learning without strain.
- Highly Reliable Lectures by Experts:
Experts in various fields, such as university faculty and registered dietitians, will provide correct knowledge based on scientific evidence.
