To everyone who loves soccer, to nurture Japan's future representatives: A project to restore the field that protects children's stage for their all-out efforts.

Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture (Mayor: Hisao Naito) will launch a crowdfunding campaign on July 1, 2026 (Wed) to replace the artificial turf at "Green Field Hosaka," a soccer facility within the city.

The facility is 14 years old, and the artificial turf has become worn and peeled, posing a risk of injury to children.

We aim to pass on an environment where children, including those at Nirasaki High School who dream of becoming future Japan representatives, can play with peace of mind to the next generation.

Donations will be accepted through

"Furusato Choice," "Furunavi," and "Satofull" as hometown tax-based crowdfunding,

and donations from citizens will be accepted at the Nirasaki City Hall counter.

"Nirasaki, the Town of Soccer," which we are proud of nationwide.

In Nirasaki City, soccer is deeply rooted as a regional culture.

On holidays, children chase balls on the grounds, and parents and local residents watch warmly. This scene has been passed down through generations.

The Nirasaki High School Soccer Club is a symbol of this.

This public prestigious school in Yamanashi Prefecture has participated in the National High School Soccer Championship 34 times, finishing as runner-up 5 times. It also has a championship experience in the National High School Athletic Meet (Inter-High School). It boasts one of the best records in the country, and many players have challenged themselves on the national stage from this town.

Soccer is not just a sport for Nirasaki City; it is an important culture that connects people and fosters regional pride.

"Green Field Hosaka," which has supported the local soccer culture.

"Green Field Hosaka" is an artificial turf ground developed in 2012.

It is widely used for official matches and practice games by local sports clubs for children, club teams, junior high schools, and high schools, and is cherished as a hub supporting the local soccer culture.

On this field, children have taken their first kicks, sweated with their teammates, and spent their days pursuing their dreams.

However, 14 years have passed since its development, and the artificial turf has reached the time for renewal.

While we have strived to maintain it through repeated repairs, a full replacement of the artificial turf is necessary to ensure a safe environment for continued use.

This project is more than just a facility renovation.

It holds the nervousness of the first match.

It holds the victories shared with teammates.

It holds the tears shed in frustration.

Protecting an environment where they can play with peace of mind is also about passing the baton to future challengers.

Nirasaki City has launched this project to pass on the history and pride of "Nirasaki, the Town of Soccer" to the future.

Players who have played in Nirasaki are active all over the country.

Additionally, there are many supporters outside the city and prefecture who cheer for Nirasaki's soccer.

In this crowdfunding campaign, we will work together with citizens, alumni, parents, soccer fans, and people from all over the country to restore the field.

In this project, we have prepared return gifts as a token of our gratitude for donations through hometown tax crowdfunding. Details of the return gifts will be released on July 1st, coinciding with the start of donation acceptance.

In addition to Nirasaki's unique specialty products, we are currently preparing original soccer-related return gifts to commemorate this project, which will be released sequentially.

For donations from residents within Nirasaki City, return gifts will not be sent in accordance with the purpose of the hometown tax system, but you can participate as support for the future of "Nirasaki, the Town of Soccer."

The donations received will be used for the full replacement of the artificial turf at "Green Field Hosaka," contributing to the creation of an environment where children can play with peace of mind and give their all.
