## Our School's Initiatives
In recent years, while the demand for nurses in healthcare and caregiving settings has been increasing, the number of applicants to nursing vocational schools has been declining due to the declining birthrate and a growing trend towards four-year university education, making student acquisition a significant challenge.
Our school, in addition to showcasing the daily learning of our nursing students and promoting the "wonder" and "reward" of nursing, engages in initiatives to deepen community interaction. To help local residents and prospective students learn about nursing and health, we hold experiential events and health lectures related to Nursing Day.
