It was exhibited at the 5th National Industrial Exhibition held in 1903, and as one of the oldest domestically produced grand pianos, it was designated as a tangible cultural property by Minato City on October 13, 2022, and moved from San-san Akasaka, located on the former site of Hikawa Elementary School, to the Local History Museum in January 2023.
