Activities that meet all of the following conditions:
✔ Performances of performing arts (music, theater, dance, traditional performing arts, entertainment, etc.) or exhibitions of visual arts (fine arts, photography, film, design, media art, etc.) planned and implemented by citizens themselves.
✔ Primarily held in Kitakyushu City.
✔ Widely open to the public, allowing citizens to participate and appreciate.
Eligibility:
✔ Must have an address or base of activity in Kitakyushu City.
✔ Must have a certain track record of activities at the time of application.
✔ Must have regulations such as articles of incorporation or endowment, and have clear representatives, locations, and accounting.
