[Kazo City] 'Koinobori Aquarium' Appears at Kazo Miraikan! Authentic 'Koinobori Making Experience' with Craftsmen Also Held on April 4 & 5

At 'Kazo Miraikan' located in Kazo City, Saitama Prefecture, known as the 'Town of Koinobori', the 'Koinobori Aquarium' is being held, utilizing the facility's iconic giant glass wall as a fish tank where a wide variety of koinobori (carp streamers) swim elegantly.

On April 4 (Sat) and 5 (Sun), an authentic 'Koinobori Making Experience' that can be displayed outdoors will be held, inviting the carp streamer creator community 'Koishikai' as instructors.

Welcome to the Koinobori Aquarium!

At Kazo Miraikan, the 'Koinobori Aquarium' is currently open, featuring brightly colored large and small koinobori owned by the city swimming indoors. (Free admission)

The diverse range of koinobori, including hand-painted and creatively designed ones, expresses 'harmony in a modern diverse society'.

Looking outside from the second floor, with the majestic Tone River flowing in the background and the mountains of northern Kanto towering in the distance, you are sure to feel a powerful story from the sight of the koinobori swimming elegantly amidst great nature.
