No changing rooms are available. Please come dressed in comfortable, sport-appropriate clothing.

Participants must bring their own indoor shoes, towel, and drink for hydration.

Although the arena is air-conditioned, in past years many participants have run out of drinks during the event. While mid-event refills are possible, we strongly recommend bringing extra drinks. We also ask participants to wear breathable clothing and take precautions against heatstroke.

In case of injury during the event, only emergency first aid will be provided. Compensation will be limited to the scope of the accident insurance held by the organizers.
