Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture, concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement with Nippon Life Insurance Company Kita-Osaka Branch on May 11. The city and the company have previously advanced initiatives in areas such as health promotion and traffic safety. Moving forward, they will expand their efforts into various other fields, including matters related to elderly care and promoting well-being, and cultural and sports promotion, strengthening their collaboration to realize a safe and secure community.

Nippon Life Insurance Company Kita-Osaka Branch × Kawanishi City Conclude Comprehensive Partnership Agreement

Kawanishi City has concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement with Nippon Life Insurance Company Kita-Osaka Branch to realize a safe and secure community.

The Nippon Life Group aims to realize a society where "everyone can live with peace of mind, always," and is promoting initiatives to solve social issues and improve sustainability in three areas: people, local communities, and the global environment. The Kita-Osaka Branch of the company has been engaged in regional contributions such as health promotion and traffic safety, and has been advancing various initiatives in cooperation with Kawanishi City.

Specifically, they have collaborated with the city's health center on cancer awareness activities, provided the "Nissay Medical Expense White Paper" which utilizes a nationwide database managed by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and cooperated in the fields of traffic safety awareness and lifelong learning. Furthermore, in fiscal year Reiwa 7, they received a 300,000 yen donation through the corporate hometown tax system, which was utilized for a health point program for nursing care prevention and health promotion.

The conclusion of this comprehensive partnership agreement was reached because the direction of community development aimed for by Kawanishi City and the direction of initiatives by Nippon Life Insurance Company Kita-Osaka Branch are aligned, and because they aim to further expand the areas of collaboration.
