The "Lalaport Kashiwa-no-ha Music Festa" will be held as a music event where groups active in Kashiwa City and the Tokatsu region perform various genres of music, allowing attendees to experience "Kashiwa, a City of Music Full of Happiness."

Now in its 10th year, the festival features numerous talented brass bands, including those that are regulars at national competitions. In addition to performances by professional artists, visitors can enjoy music from various organizations active in the Tokatsu area.
