[Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture] Let's Learn Traffic Safety Fun with "Unko Sensei." Aiming for Zero Child Traffic Accidents, the ETP Group (Ehime Toyota, Ehime Toyopet) Donates "Traffic Safety Drills."

Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture, received a donation of "Unko Traffic Safety Drills (Pedestrian Edition & Bicycle Edition)" for its elementary schools from the ETP Group, with whom it has a comprehensive partnership agreement. A donation ceremony was held on March 27, 2026.

Traffic Safety Educational Materials That Engage Children

The "Unko Traffic Safety Drills" are specialized educational materials focused on preventing accidents while walking or cycling, which are major causes of traffic accidents involving children. By featuring the popular character "Unko Sensei," children can learn how to "avoid accidents" and "not cause accidents" in a fun and engaging way, fostering self-motivated learning.

Continued Support and Future Utilization

The ETP Group has been continuously donating traffic safety drills since 2022, marking this as the fifth donation. The drills donated this time will be distributed to each elementary school in the city at the beginning of the new school year and will be widely used in traffic safety classes and other settings to educate children on safety.

ETP Group and Iyo City signed a "Comprehensive Partnership Agreement for Promoting Sustainable Town Development" on October 23, 2023, and are promoting initiatives that contribute to the creation of an environmentally friendly and disaster-resilient town.

This marks the fifth donation of traffic safety drills, which began in 2022. Including the 700 books donated this time, the cumulative total has reached approximately 4,000 books.
