[Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture] Sake Project Using Local Rice Finally Comes to Fruition. Inzai Chamber of Commerce Pays Courtesy Call to the Mayor with the New Sake

The Inzai City Chamber of Commerce has been promoting the 'Sake Project' since FY2024 to revitalize Inzai City. Following the successful brewing of the new sake, 'Legend of INZAI,' the chamber paid a courtesy visit to the city on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, for the first official unveiling. During the visit, the Inzai City Chamber of Commerce briefed Mayor Fujishiro on the project's overview, reported its completion, and unveiled the bottle.

This initiative also saw local elementary school students participating in the sake rice production process, experiencing rice planting and harvesting in the satoyama fields in the spring and autumn of 2025.
