## Main Projects for the 30th Anniversary of City Status

### Sora-Mizu-Kuu Art Festival
This is a new art festival organized in wide-area collaboration with Narita City, Sakae Town, and Chiba Prefecture. The festival welcomes Mr. Fram Kitagawa, who has supervised numerous art festivals both domestically and internationally, as its General Director. Through art, the festival aims to let visitors experience the region's history, culture, and people's lives, rediscovering its charms while creating exchanges that transcend regions and generations, and fostering new value that connects to the future.

**Event Period:** Saturday, March 20, 2027 to Sunday, May 23, 2027

**Planned Venues:** Former Munakata Elementary School, Inba Marsh area (Moroto district)

### 30th Anniversary Commemorative Video
This video will be produced to preserve the history of Inzai City for future generations. It will be distributed on the city's official SNS channels and screened at events.

**Production Period:** May 2026 to March 2027

**Scheduled Release:** Thursday, March 11, 2027

### Issuance of Various Certificates on Anti-Counterfeit Paper with the 30th Anniversary 'Inzai-kun' Logo
By issuing various certificates printed with the 'Inzai-kun' logo, we aim to heighten the excitement for the 30th anniversary of city status and foster a sense of local pride.

**Distribution Period:** Wednesday, April 1, 2026 to Wednesday, March 31, 2027
However, the period may be extended if it proves popular.

### Creation of 30th Anniversary Commemorative License Plates
Newly designed local license plates will be created and issued to eligible applicants who wish to have them.

**Issuance Start Date:** Wednesday, July 1, 2026

### Creation and Sale of 30th Anniversary Commemorative 'Inzai-kun' Plush Toys
A limited edition model of the 'Inzai-kun' plush toy will be created and sold to commemorate the 30th anniversary.

**Sale Date:** Saturday, May 16, 2026 *Pre-application required

**Application Period:** Friday, April 3, 2026 to Friday, April 17, 2026
