Atomic bomb photo posters – 56 pieces from Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum collection

Paintings of the atomic bombing – 63 reproductions from Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum collection (from Tuesday, August 4)

Atomic bomb photo panels – 30 panels from Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum collection

Calligraphy and artwork expressing peace by elementary, junior high, and high school students in Himeji City – approximately 250 pieces

Animated video screenings: "Girls in Summer Uniforms", "Riding the Cranes – Tomoko's Adventure"

Introduction to Dr. Masao Tsuzuki, known as the "Father of Atomic Bomb Disease Treatment"

Closed Days

Mondays (Open the following day if Monday is a public holiday), and the day after a public holiday if it falls on a Tuesday through Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

Non-Nuclear Peace Exhibition: Free

Permanent Exhibition Room: Paid (General 250 yen, Elementary and Junior High School Students 50 yen)

Free Admission Days During the Exhibition Period

July 22, 2026 (Wed): Peace Day

August 15, 2026 (Sat): Memorial Day of the End of the War

Free Admission to the Permanent Exhibition Room

Individuals presenting a Physical Disability Certificate, Child Development Support Certificate, or Mental Health and Welfare Certificate for the Mentally Disabled, along with one caregiver, will be admitted free upon showing the certificate or Mirairo ID.

Elementary and junior high school students may enter free by presenting a Donguri Card or Cocoron Card.

Himeji City residents aged 65 and over may enter free by presenting the Himeji City Senior Citizen Welfare Discount Card.
