Centered around two trailer houses, it is a new town hub where anyone can casually stop by and get involved in small activities and the community. A community builder who connects people and the region will be stationed there, providing support from consultation to practice to realize the residents' "want to try" ideas.

The spacious site of about 1,700 m² includes a trailer house, a kitchen trailer, and artificial turf.
