By combining dry head spa with high-concentration hydrogen inhalation, we support mental and physical refreshment and condition adjustment. Please enjoy a relaxing moment in a calm space inspired by forests and water. We provide time to support daily performance maintenance and sustainable beauty for those who want to enrich their work and private lives.

## The Trigger for Opening was a 'Body That Won't Reset'!?
Representative Shibamoto of CiP Co., Ltd. was health-conscious, maintaining basic self-care like sunbathing, hydration, and sauna habits. However, one day, he felt a sense of not being able to 'reset' in the sauna, leaving a feeling of discomfort despite having no illness. This experience made him realize that health is only valued once lost, and daily care is crucial. He also recalled friends in their prime working years suddenly falling ill, feeling that even without obvious illness, if 'circulation' stagnates, the mind and body become exhausted. He realized that many people in society feel 'stress, poor blood flow, and autonomic nervous system imbalance.' Consequently, he redefined 'resetting' not as mere relaxation, but as essential maintenance for continuing to run through daily life, leading to the opening of 'Meguri.'

## Activity Report of 'Meguri'
Since opening in September 2025, we have been used by a wide range of customers. Our exclusive spanists are professionals in body care, such as former medical workers, hair stylists specializing in head spas, and judo therapists. We also operate the rice ball food truck 'Rice Mania' since 2023, aiming for regional revitalization and food loss reduction by connecting with producers and regions through ingredients. We also conduct regular cleaning activities in parks near the salon.

### 'Create 10 salons nationwide that improve circulation by 2035'
We aim to face the 'brain fatigue' of Japanese people head-on and spread the culture of improving mental and physical circulation. To solve this, we have set a big dream of creating 10 salons nationwide by 2035.
### 'Create a lunch break head spa culture'
We are particularly focusing on rooting a 'lunch break head spa culture' in Japan. If busy business people have a place near their office to reset their brains for even 10 minutes, their afternoon performance will change significantly.
### 'Change how Japanese people rest'
Japan is known for having short sleep hours. We aim to spread a 'culture of being conscious of sleep quality' through head spas. We also want to make 'recovery culture,' once thought to be only for athletes, a common habit for the general public. We hope to permeate the value of 'changing how Japanese people rest.' We want to propose ways to rest deeply even in a short time and create a new resting culture that aligns the mind and body. It is our wish to spread such salons that will become the 'future standard' across the country.
