With the introduction of this solution, AI can quickly and accurately create judgments based on medical evidence on behalf of doctors in about 70% of the cases that previously required the judgment of an internal doctor. This improves the assessment processing speed per case, shortening the number of days required for payment to customers, and is expected to reduce the workload of assessment staff and internal doctors by approximately 1,800 hours annually. By allocating the reduced time to examining and practicing administrative processes that create the optimal customer experience, personnel can be shifted to higher value-added operations, further promoting DX across the entire organization.
