Chun Shui Tang to Launch Summer Limited Menu on June 2, Featuring Watermelon Drinks and Cold Noodles

Oasis Tea Lounge Co., Ltd. has announced that its Taiwanese cafe brand 'Chun Shui Tang' will launch a new seasonal summer menu starting Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

## Seasonal Watermelon Drinks
Following last year's hit products that sold out within a week, the upgraded watermelon drinks are returning. Inspired by the classic Taiwanese 'Watermelon Milk,' these beverages blend refreshing jasmine tea, watermelon puree, and milk. A hint of salt is added to enhance the watermelon's natural sweetness. This year's version features an increased amount of jasmine tea and puree for a fresher taste.

## Two Types of Taiwanese 'Liangmian' (Cold Noodles)
Spring Shui Tang presents its own take on 'Liangmian,' a staple local food found at night markets and stalls across Taiwan.
- **Lemon Soy Milk Soup Cold Noodles** (¥1,320): Returning for the fourth consecutive year due to popular demand. It features a mellow soup made from chicken broth and soy milk, accented with the refreshing acidity of fresh lemon.
- **Chilled Soy Milk Mala-tang** (¥1,320): A new addition this year. This dish offers a perfect balance of spicy mala spices and smooth soy milk. It comes with toppings like bean sprouts, bok choy, wood ear mushrooms, and a seasoned boiled egg.
