Chun Shui Tang's popular Taiwanese Afternoon Tea series will now feature a new flavor. Following various flavors previously offered, we are launching the "Cookies & Cream Afternoon Tea," made with crunchy cookies and plenty of whipped cream. The upper tier of the two-tiered Chinese steamer basket is luxuriously filled with five popular Taiwanese sweets, including the "Taiwanese Castella Cookies & Cream," exclusive to the afternoon tea, as well as "Mini Douhua," "Mini Tangyuan," and "Pineapple Cake." The lower tier offers four of Chun Shui Tang's original small plate menus, including "Mini Gua Bao," "Sesame Sauce Wontons," and "Plump Shrimp Dumplings." Furthermore, the glass parfait is a special item combining Taiwanese Castella, tapioca, vanilla ice cream, and cookies as toppings. You can enjoy it as is, or later, by pouring Tieguanyin, a type of oolong tea, over it for a luxurious arrangement that tastes like a slightly bitter affogato. For drinks, you can choose one from over 50 types of original teas or one type of Taiwanese tea. Drinks featuring the seasonal Cookies & Cream flavor are also available. The exquisite balance of sweet desserts and savory foods makes it a satisfying combination that you can enjoy without getting tired of until the end. Please take this opportunity to savor the exciting combination of Cookies & Cream and Taiwanese sweets.

◆ [What is Chun Shui Tang (Chun Shui Tang)?]

Chun Shui Tang, said to be the originator of the tapioca boom, is a Taiwanese cafe founded in Taichung, Taiwan in 1983. While developing innovative ways to drink tea suited to the times, it popularized traditional hot tea as iced sweet tea and became known as the birthplace of Taiwanese local dessert "tapioca milk tea," developing into a nationally popular cafe with over 60 stores across Taiwan. Its first store in Japan opened in Daikanyama, Tokyo in 2013, drawing a three-hour wait, and sparked a "Taiwanese dessert boom" with its healthy and ingredient-rich original teas and sweets. As a cafe offering innovative original teas and Taiwanese tea snacks, it currently operates in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, and other locations.
