**A Luxurious Afternoon Tea Packed with Taiwanese Dim Sum and Sweets**
A new flavor is joining Chun Shui Tang's highly popular Taiwanese afternoon tea. We have delivered Taiwanese afternoon tea in various flavors up to now. This time, we are introducing the new 'Cookies & Cream Afternoon Tea,' which uses crunchy cookies and plenty of whipped cream. The upper tier of the two-tiered Chinese bamboo steamer is lavishly packed with five popular Taiwanese sweets, including the afternoon tea-exclusive 'Taiwanese Castella Cookies & Cream,' as well as 'Mini Douhua,' 'Mini Tangyuan,' and 'Pineapple Cake.' The lower tier offers four types of Chun Shui Tang's original small plate menus, including 'Mini Gua Bao,' 'Boiled Dumplings with Sesame Sauce,' and 'Plump Shrimp Dumplings.' Furthermore, the glass parfait is crafted as a special treat combining Taiwanese castella, tapioca, and topped with vanilla ice cream and cookies. You can first enjoy it as is, and halfway through, pour Tieguanyin—a type of Oolong tea—over it to savor a luxurious arrangement like a bittersweet affogato. For drinks, we offer one choice from over 50 types of arranged teas and one type of Taiwanese tea. You can also select seasonal drinks featuring cookies & cream. The exquisite balance between sweet desserts and savory food ensures a voluminous yet tirelessly enjoyable combination from start to finish. It is a nationally beloved cafe with over 60 stores across Taiwan. When it first opened in Japan in Daikanyama, Tokyo in 2013, it became a phenomenon with 3-hour wait times, sparking a 'Taiwanese sweets boom' with its healthy, ingredient-rich arranged teas and sweets. Currently expanding in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, and more as an innovative arranged tea and Taiwanese tea food cafe.
